cylinder kit Malossi aluminium sport 282cc for Piaggio 300ie 4T LC engines

Malossi top performance 282cc aluminium cylinder for water-cooled 300cc* Piaggio 4-stroke injection engines. Top performance with the 4V head. Great manufacturing and the head alone yields 15-20% more power. Delivery contains complete cylinder kit and pre-assembled 4-valve cylinder head (without camshaft).

* Water-cooled 300cc Piaggio 4-stroke engines have a capacity of 278cc from the factory.

Installation information:

1. In general suitable on vehicles with the old version of Piaggio cylinder head (slider rocker arms). Mostly fitted till year of production 2014 (but also used longer). To mount the Malossi head the rocker arms, camshaft etc. of the OEM head have to be installed in the new head. Additional power increase by using Malossi camshaft M.5911962.

2. On younger vehicles with newer version of Piaggio cylinder head, which uses roller rocker arms (mostly 2014 up), the OEM rocker arms, camshaft etc. can not be used in the Malossi cylinder head. An additional valve train conversion kit need to be installed. Please use KIT.PI.39402 (requires camshaft PI-8759585). (Applies only Piaggio Beverly 300 ie 4V RST / S 2014-, Vespa GTS 300, GTS 300 Super 2014-, GTV 300 Sei Giorni 2017-, GTV 300 Touring 2014-.)
