TOURING EXHAUST BGM Bigbox TOURING V2 (BBT2)

Revised version of the popular touring exhaust system from BGM. The in short form BBT called system now has a new manifold as well as flatter exhaust bowls.

POWER & TORQUE
The power level as well as the ground clearance were raised significantly compared to the previous version. The proven features of the previous Bigbox Touring system have been retained. Thus, the buffalo-like character with rich torque when starting remains, as well as the high and early power peak. However, the power bandwidth as well as the maximum power/torque values are significantly higher. The 200cc version of the new Touring V2 has again significantly increased in the middle and upper speed range compared to the previous version. It is thus on a par with the well-known box of Polini.

FREE BREATHING
Even the internal structure was changed. The connecting tube from reso chamber to damper chamber was enlarged. So even very powerful engines can be driven without any problems with continuous full throttle, without it comes to power fading.

THERMAL RELIEF
The tailpipe has now also been enlarged from Ø18mm to Ø20mm. However, for a reduction in volume, the BBT2 has an inserted tailpipe with Ø18mm. This cross-section is quite sufficient for almost all engines up to 190cc and about 22-25HP (depending on engine design and achievable speed this value varies).Who drives a very strong setup with high continuous speeds can remove the, fixed with only one spot weld, Ø18mm tailpipe and then has the full Ø20mm cross-section.

Please note: Select the main nozzle about 4-6 numbers larger than with the original exhaust.

TIP: Overbred engines whose cylinders have too long control angles are also perfectly drivable again with this exhaust!

Total: Lots of steam at low revs - yeah!
